Platinum
In addition to Platinum's Gold completion plan, we are adding a guaranteed rental income of 5% for 3 years after the project is completed.

Additional Information
Deposit and payment plan
– 2000 deposit and signing preliminary contract
– 30% down payment at the beginning of construction
– 40% when the roof is finished ( rough construction ) scheduled for 12.2021
– 30% – completion of construction and signing of the title deed scheduled for 06.2022
Maintenance and management
A professional team will be formed to service and manage the complex, headed by a tourism and apartment hotel management specialist with 30 years of experience. The goal of the project is to provide maximum comfort, profitability and investment satisfaction. The maintenance fee for individual properties will be € 1 per square meter per month.
We offer subsequent property management, rental or resale.

– Floors in bathrooms, kitchens – terracotta tiles according to the project (1st quality – made in Bulgaria)
– Floors in the kitchen, bedrooms, hallways and living room with kitchen – laminated parquet (8mm Kronotex)
– Bathroom and toilet – fully finished and fully furnished: under; walls with faience tiles up to the ceiling; electric boiler; fan; lamps; accessories; plumbing – toilet, sink with battery, shower, installed water meters
