Lodax Investment Ltd is a company founded by Yordan Iliev and Alexander Ivanov in 2018 with the aim of implementing their own projects and exclusive offers on the real estate market of the South Coast of Bulgaria. Both partners have 28 years of experience in the resort real estate market and have made over 1,000 individual sales to clients around the world.
